From Ratebeer. 24-AUG-2010, bottle @home, from "Fish @ Beer". Lovely dark brown with that yellow glow and fine lasting light brown head. Nice slightly boozy aroma with all good things roasted. Taste is chocolate and cognac. Full mouthfeeling, very creamy

11 years in the bottle and it’s held up somewhat, plums, a little ashy and oxidized, cold coffee, odd perfume notes I can’t place, some chocolate, still has a little carbonation, waaaaay past it’s prime but a fun experiment drinking a decade old stout
