I enjoy sours on warm sunny daze.It’s an ale it so qualifies as beer, but adding the bacteria lactobacillus w/fruit gives it that quenching attribute. Had a another brew from this Chi-town brewery which was also well done. All about “freedom “. Happy 4th!
