Tonight with dinner. Super smooth and such lightly roasted coffee. Bourbon was really mellow and non abrasive. Just what you wanted a chewy dark ba beer to be. Went down way too quickly.

For a barrel-aged, this has no burn, but it still has some woody flavors. It's smooth, semi-sweet with nice notes of chocolate and coffee. The finish lingers and is mildly bitter and tannic. I love it. Happy Thanksgiving y'all!

Feels more like Triple acidic coffee than oaky, woody BA type flavors. The fucking coffee overwhelms this. I taste zero vanilla and zero chocolate or cocoa. This is young. Bottled 45 days ago, but ease off on the coffee. I could’ve ordered a Starbucks.
