The Abricot-Rhubarbe Tilquin - Draft Version (4.9% alc/vol) is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the fermentation of fresh destoned apricots and fresh rhubarb in a blend of 50% of Meerts and 50% of 1 and 2 years old lambics, to reach a final concentration of 160 gr apricots and 160 gr rhubarb per liter. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the keg.
