Absolutely fantastic! The perfect beer for grading a stack of papers🤣 Deep, rich, multi layered… Lots of stuff going on - way more than typical bourbon barrel aged beer. Subtle taste of black cherry or currant. Hints of caramel and toffee.

Lovely, quite interesting, it triggered some memories of my childhood, smells like "cocada baiana" , vanilla, some cheesy aroma as well, like blue ones. The mount feels boozy and bone dry. I love this part, some residual sweetness and oaks all over! Great
