Hoho, yessir that is good stuff! Sort of like a licorice macaroon, sweet with some almond butter flavor. Strong but not boozy and the barrel-aging gives it some dryness but not woodiness or tannic character. Top notch stuff!

Starts with a rather sharp bitey bite. Once you get past that it's got a decent flavor. I don't like black licorice much. Big cocoa, some marshmallow. I don't care for the nose a lot. Definitely the oddest of the lineup for 2022 that I've had.

It's nice. Like the original but a bit of vanilla and sweetness. Edit - its almost a 5. Incredible flavor after warming a tad. So good.
