West Coast IPA. It was brewed with local pilsner malt and caramel malt for body and colour. As a modern twist to the classic West Coast IPA, we used Motueka, Krush, and Ekaunot for late boil/whirlpool additions and dry hopping, which gives the beer tropical citrus and stone fruit notes.
