In collaboration with Mikkeller NYC, Beans & Berries takes an IPA, mixes it with fruit like acidity, and rich, intense aroma of dark berries from the Harrar coffee varietal of Ethiopia, and combines everything with organic blueberry puree. To top it all off, is fermented with tropical Ebbegarden Kveik yeast and used berry-forward Bru-1 and HNC431 hops to kick the fruitness into overdrive.
