Aged 1,5 years on American oak with a heavy degree of char, gives this stout a blend of brown sugar, butterscotch & Graham cracker with balanced sweetness. The ABV is 15% making this a beast of a beer, however subtle enough flavors allow them to develop as the temperature changes. Basically, we have a bourbon Crème Brûlée with umami note on the end.
