This Double IPA is copper colored and bitter, but balanced by the malty flavors. The 20% rye malt gives this beer a nice bite which helps bring the massive hops together. Brewed with Simcoe, Chinook and Amarillo.

From Ratebeer. 24-FEB-2012, bottle @home, from "fish & Beer". Amber/orange with off-white head. Grape fruit nose with bready notes. Taste is grape fruit and rye bread. Very malty for an IPA - fine with me. Medium body - quite creamy. Nice.
