Sending my 30s off with a bang! At cellar temp, I get deep raisiny sherry like malt over a backdrop of oaky bourbon. Full but not cloying. Alcohol has rounded out to complexity over time. Aroma is better than the flavor but doesn't seem to be dropping off

2 years aged and it's perfect. Warm bourbon and dark chocolate. I'm pretty convinced 1-2 years aging is the sweet spot for BCBS. It can be hot when fresh, then mellows. More than 3 years and it starts to taste stale.
