14.4% ABV BBA Imperial Stout. Well-balanced flavors of dark cacao, ube (purple yam), bourbon, vanilla, coconut, and coffee. It is a little sweet but very tasty. I have previously had ube in the Phillipines. Great work adding a unique flavor to a beer.
