Love how tannin-heavy and sweet this is without being sticky. Fig is still very prominent. Get a bunch of chocolate and oats in the body but it’s the fig that sticks around. I love fig newtons so I love this.

This one’s been hanging in the beer fridge for a while now. Time to enjoy it. Really smooth flavors. The bourbon isn’t overpowering and carbonation is low but it’s very rich. Hadn’t heard of this BCS varietal when I picked it up.

This one will come down to how you feel about figs. Pretty sweet overall but I like the fig flavor profile. Dried fruit, honey..a pretty great holiday dessert nightcap. Reminiscent of their tea variant in that it’s abstract but was worth the experiment
