So surprised by the intensity here. Woody range of aromas of course, but very pronounced and defined. Vanilla beans, smoked cedar, sandalwood, cigars and dried fruits. Rich body and long finish. So pronounced and so fcking well done.

Barrel 5, heat 2, thicc 2, sweet 2, adjunct 2. Not really hot but tons of bourbon. Dried fruit and slight toasted marshmallow on the finish.

4.6 Not 3x as good as Reggie BCBS as the price tag would suggest, but I always take considerable preference to the heavier barrel in the Reserve series.

Cherry, vanilla, chocolate, oak, char, hints of tobacco. Not as viscous as I expected. Very well balanced. Good but nothing out of the ordinary. A Great barrel aged stout. Looking forward to trying the OF barleywine.
