Enfin 10 ans d'âge et c'est excellent! Funky boisé minérale belle petite aciditée sèche en finale c'est très bon! Pas facile de les oublier aussi longtemps au cellier mais la je vais en profiter! Bien hâte d'essayer mes autres vielles gueuzes cheers!

Oude Paper Label. Been drinking more cocktails than beers lately and wanted something fun. Nose is lemon and funk, taste follows. Lower/medium acidity, which is perfect to me, medium funk and finishes somewhat sweet and puckery. So well rounded.
