They lurk among the trees. A ravenous carnivorous species of koalas known to drop down on their unsuspecting prey. Look up, stay alive. A sweet pyment made with a blend of Australian Shiraz and Viognier grapes and locally produced Florida honey. Extended aging on the skins for bolder acidity and a blend of American, Hungarian and French Oak for assertive tannins. Bottled in 2018 and retired immediately thereafter. One and done.
