Hopfen: Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Magnum, Citra. Malz: Pilsener, Wiener, Karamellmalz. Our Saison is brewed using a special yeast strain and the Australian hop Enigma. The result is a dry Saison, which has a fresh lightness despite its high alcohol content. Unser Saison ist mit einem speziellen Hefestamm gebraut sowie dem australischen Hopfen Enigma kaltgehopft. So entsteht ein trockenes Saison, dass trotz einem Alkoholgehalt von 6,5% eine frische Leichtigkeit besitzt.
