In late summer 2020 we made a wine with locally harvested Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer grapes. We macerated the grapes for about a week, and added the wine after primary fermentation to a barrel of beer we brewed nine months earlier. They were aged together for nine more months in the barrel. Bottled August 2021.
