Spontaneously fermented cherry mead made with Fanal cherries. Only the most ripe and perfect-tasting cherries have been hand-selected to be included in the product. One by one. The cherries had 14 days of skin contact in the must together with local wildflower honey as the only ingredients. At that point, the cherries are normally gently pressed to separate the liquid from the solids. But this time, only free-run juice were utilized. The result is an exceptionally pure and powerful expression of the cherry variety "Fanal". -------------------------- 2022 -------------------------- Locally sourced cherries and wildflower honey as usual!
