Wild Ale heavy dry hopped with Citra Whole cones, as well as Cascade & Motueka pellets. Wort made at Zagovor Brewery, then transfered to Double A barrels, fermented and soured with their home yeast blend. Aged in wine barrels for 2 years, then dry hopped and bottled. Enjoy this blend of wild ale tartness paired with hop freshness.
