We teamed up with Paddy Gunn of Wee County Brewers to scale up his National Homebrew Club Ireland gold medal winning dark saison recipe. This beer has a hint of spice with biscuit, orange peel, cinnamon and white pepper flavours contributed by 5 different malts and traditional saison yeast. We hope you enjoy!
