Pilsner fermented at 12c for 2 months with 34/70 yeast and double dry hopped with earthy and spicy Hallertauer Mittelfruh and Saaz Italian style with some of our house yeast additions to dry it out. Unfiltered, can+keg conditioned, bitter and spicy with an underlying fruity base. Enjoy!

Cloudy beer. Pleasant yeast quality on the nose and palate. Light citrusy body like a wheat beer, slight clove. Carbonation is fragile. Mouthfeel is pillowey. Interesting one from a small brewer.
