The off-dry Sidre Doux is highly aromatic and flavorful. Aromas and flavors of fruit, honey, and baked apple pie make this an excellent companion for dessert. The property of Eric Bordelet is situated in the south of Normandy and is home to numerous orchards growing more than 20 different apple varieties.
