It's time for soups, salads, sauces and gravies! We are launching a new series dedicated to dishes from all over the world. The first beer in the series was inspired by the traditional Mediterranean and Balkan tzatziki snack sauce. It is an integral part of gyros and souvlaki, meat and fish dishes. Tzatziki is made using yogurt and fresh cucumbers, while various herbs and spices can be added. We did just the same here: the beer was fermented using yogurt microflora, and then we added chopped cucumbers, grated dill and garlic. The beer is pale yellow , so refreshing, slightly sourish with distinct hints of cucumber and dill. Our tzatziki is a super thirst quentcher on a hot summer day, and goes well with your favourite meals. καλή όρεξη!
