Mandarina is a barrel-aged saison. Brewed with organic barley and wheat malt. Generously hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Styrian Goldings. Fermented in wooden barrels for more than a year. This blend shows beautiful aging notes but still offers the summery freshness of the Mandarina Bavaria hops.

Over 3-years and this beer has transformed amazingly. Sourness and heavy citrus have softened a bit, resulting in a wonderful mouthfeel and taste. Got one more to taste in another year or two!
