Dry and refreshing golden colored saison with a full and complex flavor profile. An elegant thirst quenching! The One is the first beer we brewed together when we had met in Brazil. It’s also the first beer we brewed after moving to Belgium, the beer we got served on our wedding day (but stronger : 10% alc.) and the first one brewed at Atrium’s. Let’s get this party started! The best comment we heard about it : «Little Jesus in slippers!"

Ein ganz nettes Saison, das mich aber nicht so ganz abholt. Ist mir echt zu viel Koriander und auch ansonsten nicht mein Favorit.

75cl fles. Helder blond bier met wit schuim. Geur: fruitig, ietwat snoeperig, klein zuurtje, mout, brood. Smaak: licht zoet, licht bitter en iets zurig, wat Brett. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: droog.
