Last year we used 7 different techniques of adding hops to the IDAHO-7x7 which gave their own unique mark on the beer. We had so much fun engineering and creating it, we figured we should do a series of beers where we use the 7 techniques but use different hops to showcase. The first taking the stage is Azacca. This hop has a bright and refreshing aroma with juicy mango, tropical fruits, and citrus. Due to its high content of alpha acid this hop creates a good amount of bitterness in this beer.
