A symbol synonymous with Bellwoods Brewery; White Picket Fence is a Blended Foeder Saison made in the "solera-style". Oak Aged beer is blended with a small percentage of fresh beer before being lightly dry-hopped and bottle-conditioned. The result is layers of balanced acidity, subtle brett, and citrus fruit flavour. A complex, layered beer with perfect champagne-like carbonation to carry the lemon meringue aromatics, bright hop character, and rich brett notes. Refined and balanced acidity with lots of complimentary citrus. Bottle Conditioned.

Sour with balanced acidity. Citrusy with oak, apricot and light funk. Slight vinous touch with a white grapes note. White peppery yeastiness that dries out towards finish. Tangerine and gooseberries in a spritzy carbonated finish

Great balance of saison complexity & easy drinkability. Smells yeasty but less apparent in the taste department. Barnyard, lemon, effervescent & bone dry. Some flavours a bit more out there: I'm getting quinine, egg white, & grass. Acidic bubblegum to end
