Extravaganza! is a multigrain Farmhouse Ale spiced with late addition American aroma hops for maximum hop flavor and aroma. After a week of fermentation we have added purée from quince – an ancient , but much less known, relative to the apples and pears we know of today. This complex mixture of cereals and fruit is then fermented both with a Belgian Saison yeast and cultivated wild yeast known as Brettanomyces. The final result we hope you find to be both a smooth and easy drinking beer, yet with that slightly extravagant touch of something a little bit extra.
