The times change oh so rapidly, and keeping up ain’t always easy. Sometimes though, we try desperately and we end up being stuck in these modern times even if our birth certificate is of an older vintage. Modern IPA is a tribute to beer lovers of all ages who dig a crisp, dry hopped IPA with that blessed aroma of great, fresh US hops. Admittedly we did go a little overboard with them hops. However, Modern IPA may come out softer on your palate than your typical IPA because we pulled a couple of old brewhouse tricks in the making. Being an adult ain’t no shame. Drinking a fashionably modern beer style ain’t no shame. It’s all good. Enjoy.
