bottling date: 12/03/2020 This specific Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston has been blended with lambikken originating from six different barrels and seven different brews. More than half of the blend consists of young lambikken. We aged the bottles in our cellar for over 32 months until release. NL Cuvée Armand & Gaston is een assemblage van 3 Fonteinen lambikken van één, twee en minstens drie jaar oud. Spontaan vergist. Gerijpt op eiken vaten. Lange bewaring op fles. Ongefilterd. Ongepasteuriseerd. FR Cuvée Armand & Gaston est un assemblage de lambics 3 Fonteinen d’un, deux et au moins trois ans d’âge. Fermenté spontanément. Élevé en fûts de chêne. Longue conservation en bouteille. Non filtré. Non pasteurisé. EN Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of one-, two- and at least three-year old 3 Fonteinen lambics. Spontaneously fermented. Wrapping up yesterday (midsummer day) beers. 2nd Untappd. A challenging lambic—fermented pear or something. There’s a bitterness and also a cider-like aromas. Would it have been better if I had waited until 2040? We will never know. BB 10/26/2040
