bottling date: 02/05/2013 Golden Doesjel is een blend van één tot minimaal 25% vier jaar oude lambikken. Kenmerkend voor deze bieren is dat de gist is “ingedoesjeld” en de verwachte hergisting op fles niet doorgaat. Dit bier heeft geen schuimkraag of koolzuur, net als lambik, dus geen paniek. Golden Doesjel is a blend of one- to at least 25% four-year old lambikken. Typical for these beers is that the yeast has ”dozed in” (“ingedoesjeld”) and the expected fermentation in the bottle did not continue. This beer has no head or carbonation, just like lambik, so don’t panic.
