bottle date: 10/01/2023 For this Pruim Mirabelle, we macerated Belgian Mirabelle plums for four months on three-year old lambik, before blending with more of such old lambik. The oldest lambik was brewed in October 2019. The resulting weighted average of this blend is more than 30 months. The final fruit concentration is 364 grams of Mirabelle plums per litre of Pruim.

Advent#20: Helemaal niet kakenverkrampend zuur, maar dat is juist prettig i.v.m. brandend maagzuur van gisteren. Verder die typische paardenstallucht en als je je fantasie laat gaan ook wel wat pruim. Al bij al een prima sourtje, dus een dikke voldoende!

First 3 Fonteinen, saved for the 5th anniversary! Acidic and tart with pleasant fruited undertones. Unripened plums vary through the whole brew, bursts of red fruit as well. One of the bucket list, great beer.
