02/08/2022 | For this particular Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from six different brews and three different barrels. There went a lot of (very) old lambik into this blend, rendering the weighted average age upon bottling to more than 34 months. Of the 3 Fonteinen brewed lambikken (63% in total), 40% of the grains used in the brews was sourced from our Cereal Collective.
