bottling date: 05/01/2021 For this Aardbei/Kriek, we blended three quarters of a foeder-matured strawberry lambik (the one we bottled straight away for the 6th blend of this season) and one quarter of a kriekenlambik that macerated for 10 months. The weighted average maceration period is almost four months. The final fruit intensity is at 600 grams of red fruits per litre of Aardbei/Kriek. We bottled it without adding any additional lambik. NL 3 Fonteinen Aardbei/Kriek wordt bekomen door een opeenvolgende maceratie van aardbeien en krieken op lambik. Natuurlijk fruit, zonder toevoeging van sappen, siropen, of suikers. Ongefilterd en ongepasteuriseerd. FR 3 Fonteinen Aardbei/Kriek est le résultat de macérations successives avec des fraises et des griottes sur lambik. Du fruit naturel, sans jus, sirops ou sucres ajoutés. Non-filtré et non pasteurisé. EN 3 Fonteinen Aardbei/Kriek is obtained by the successive maceration of strawberries and cherries on lambik. Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups, or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
