Inspired by some old Brabant tradition, this beer was brewed with barley malt, raw grains and aged hops. It was turbid mashed, coolshipped, spontaneously fermented and aged in oak barrels for an average of 24 months. For this version we substituted most of the raw wheat by raw rye. Bottled December 2023
