A freeze-concentrated raspberry mead (or ice melomel if you will). What do you get if you double down on a product that is already an extremely concentrated no-water melomel, and choose to freeze-concentrate the fruit portion to remove half of its water content? An aroma like a raspberry bomb went off in the glass, followed up by an insane saturation of pure raspberry flavor. The explosive acid/sweetness balance, together with the addition of rare, complex honeydew honey, heightens the raspberries to another level and linger forever. Well, that's our opinion.
