Same recipe as first commercial release in season 2017-2018 except that the maple syrup was more clear, supposedly of better quality than the dark, end of season one used for batch 2017-2018. Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Gueuzérable Tilquin is made from the fermentation of high quality organic canadian maple syrup in a blend of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics aged on oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer was refermented in the bottle with again some organic canadian maple syrup.
