Behold Maple Plumber, our Maple Pecan Coffee stout – a symphony of sweetness and depth. Just as a skilled plumber connects pipes for a steady flow, this pastry stout brings a smooth flow of kilos of fresh maple syrup, custom specialty coffee, and freshly roasted pecans to your glass. For this beer, we chose both English malts and yeast. The malt enriches the brew, adding layers of buttery, woody vanilla-like sweetness. The yeast introduces subtle fruit notes, including red apple, pear and red fruits. A dash of salt and specialty coffee to enhance the dark flavors to enhance the base beer's focus on English roasted malts. We utilized a unique back sweetening process by incorporating the maple syrup at a later brewing stage, preserving its delightful sweetness. Cheers to the Maple Plumber – a story told in every sip!
