Galipette Cidre exists to celebrate the savoir-faire of French cider making with the world. We follow the character of the pure fruit using wild, slow fermentation, striving for minimal intervention in nature’s work and always respecting her ways. Galipette Cidre is a fine French cidre of pure and vivacious fruit. Made from 100% fermented apple juice, or pur jus, the natural taste, aroma, and colour of apples are intact in every round bottle of Galipette Cidre. Vegan-friendly, free of gluten with no added sugar, Galipette Cidre is available in six uniquely profiled varietals; Extra Brut (5.5%), Brut (4.5%), Biologique (4.0%), Rosé (4.0%), Doux (2.2%), Non-Alcoholic (0.3%) and Rosé Non-Alcoholic (0.3%).
