Mixed culture ale made with bloody butcher corn and a malt base of basically everything available. It’s funky, briny, and endlessly sippable and interesting from all that diversity in the malt bill.

Great wild, funky grisette with an all-in malt bill that combines rye, wheat, barley, and heirloom bloody butcher corn. Salty, complex and excellent. Bottle is from 2021 or ‘22, held up perfectly.
