Di colore oro carico, si propone con una schiuma cremosa e compatta. Al naso si ritrova l’agrumato dei luppoli americani. In bocca sono evidenti gli spunti agrumati di pompelmo che ben si accompagna al piacevole aroma amarognolo del luppolo. Questa birra è ottima come aperitivo ma anche abbinata a fritti o come gradevole compendio a degli hamburger. ENGLISH - Water, malt, hops and yeast. That’s it! Why? This is how OPEN GOLD was created: a beer with a “strong” personality, and at the same time delicately captivating. And this is how this beer – the first “open source” beer in Italy – has slowly captured the hearts (and especially the throats…) of those who enjoy good, healthy and informed drinking. It has a deep golden color and a thick and creamy head. The scent is characterized by the citrusy aromas of American hops. The taste presents strong notes of grapefruit, which perfectly complement the pleasant bitterness of hops.
