At the tasting after the tour. It could be another lambic but this fitted the best with the description I was given. It’s straight from the barrel too, 15 months old. Not unlike a white wine, acidic and taste of green apples and elderflower.

Worst place to be after Quintessence, pretty bad suggestion from a guy serving there...but at least beer was pretry good and fresh. Still not the best lambic ever, acetic note a bit too present. But still really drinkable and ok. 3.8
