With Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen, young unblended lambic is considered lambic with around 12 months of barrel conditioning up to 18 months. While Oude Lambik in the definition of 3 Fonteinen is at least 3 years old (to use in the blends), for the Untappd entries it is considered all lambics of at least 18 months old. Served from a lambic jug or from the hand pump.
