Een moutig biertje met duidelijke chocolade toevoegingen. De rijping op Rogge Bourbon is voor mij nieuw. Niet dat rogge de overhand heeft, want er is in de USA wettelijk vastgelegd dat Bourbon minstens 51% mais moet bevatten. Rogge maakt bier complexer!
