Our first still lambic, in the twilight between lambic and wine. This two-year-old lambic rested in an Oloroso Sherry cask over 30 years old, where it developed its deep, vinous character. When blending Lambic'ado, we chose this exceptional lambic to bottle it as is, preserving its pure essence.between two traditions.
