Nez de fruit de la passion, nectarine et abricot. Goût herbacé d'abricot, pêche, cantaloup fermenté, tangerine et pamplemousse, texture veloutée, boozy, amertume sèche. On croirait à d'autres houblons. Moins palpitante que ce à quoi je m'attendais.
