Kveik is a norwegian yeast, we find Kveik is great for IPA. In this we mixed yeast named "Stalljen" which is very tropical flavored, perfect to compliment the hops we used: a totally new variety called Krush and some cryo Simcoe in the dry hops. Lots of fruit forwardness in this IPA so expect a massive fruit all around!
