This is a wild fermented, bottled conditioned and dry cider made from a blend of our rare me bittersweet apples such as Major, Kingston Black & Tremlett’s bitter. These varieties give a delightful phenolic farmyard character that is bottled unfiltered and with a hint of ice wine to give it a light pet-nat sparkle.
