Weighted average age: 70 months This Lambik was taken straight from a 6,000 litre foeder, originating from the Barolo region. This barrel held one lambic brew only, brewed on the 22nd of November 2020. At the moment of emptying the barrel, this blend of lambikken was almost three years and eleven months old.
